Durg Visakhapatnam Vande Bharat Express: If you are a frequent train traveller and belong to Chhattisgarh, then here is some good news for you today. Yes… in fact, the second Vande Bharat Express in the state will be running on the tracks from September 15, and will run between Durg and Visakhapatnam. Passengers will now be able to cover the distance of 300 kilometres from the capital Raipur to Visakhapatnam in just 5 hours. The Railways have started preparations for this. One Vande Bharat Express is already running in the state. It will run between Bilaspur and Nagpur six days a week, except Saturdays, from December 2022.

After Vande Bharat, the Central Government has provided the second train between Bilaspur and Nagpur. According to media reports citing railway sources, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will halt the Vande Bharat train from 10 different locations across the country on September 15. Chhattisgarh will also get one such train. This new Vande Bharat train starting from Durg will have stops at Raipur, Mahasamund in Chhattisgarh, Khariar Road, Titilagarh, Raigarh in Odisha and Vijay Nagar in Andhra Pradesh.

This train will leave Durg at 6 am. After this it will reach Visakhapatnam at around 2:30 pm. From there, it will depart at around 3:15 pm and return to the fort at 11:50 pm. Cleaning and maintenance of the new Vande Bharat train will be done at the coach yard of Durg railway station.

The railways said the Vande Bharat rack railway may reach Durg station on the 10th or 11th. Vande Bharat Train There will be a chair car. There will be no sleeping facilities in it. The new Vande Bharat train will start from Durg instead of Raipur. This decision was taken because there is a training yard here. What will be the fare at which stations in case of stoppage of the train? As of now, its official information has not been provided by the Railways.
