‘I want this’: Viral dosa scraper video is a hit on the internet

Dosa, a traditional South Indian delicacy, is much loved by food lovers across the country. From street stalls to upmarket restaurants, this thin, crispy delicacy can now be found in many regions of India. Made from fermented rice and lentil batter, dosa can be enjoyed at any time of the day. While there are countless variations with different fillings, the classic dosa filled with aloo masala remains a favourite. One of the main challenges when making dosa is flipping it perfectly. Often, dosa sticks to the griddle, making it difficult to scrape it off with a spatula, and many of us have had the experience of breaking it while trying to do so. But what if there was a special scraper designed just for dosa?
