An FIR has been lodged on behalf of 72-year-old Dr Vinod Rani alleging fraud. Her late husband B. l. Mehrada has been an IAS officer. The nephew is also an IPS. The old lady alleges that she had made a deal with her realtor Mahendra Khandelwal for Rs 60 crore. Rs 50 lakh is pending for payment. He did not give it even after repeated requests.
