Property dealer Mahendra Khandelwal knows this from the old lady with whom he made a deal for a piece of land. She is the wife of a deceased Rajasthan cadre IAS officer. The woman’s nephew is also an IPS. However, instead of giving the full payment, he said he did not have the money. The victim woman wrote in her FIR that the property dealer flatly refused to pay ₹50 lakh. He clearly said he has no money, do whatever you want.

An FIR has been lodged on behalf of 72-year-old Dr Vinod Rani alleging fraud. Her late husband B. l. Mehrada has been an IAS officer. The nephew is also an IPS. The old lady alleges that she had made a deal with her realtor Mahendra Khandelwal for Rs 60 crore. Rs 50 lakh is pending for payment. He did not give it even after repeated requests. Police are busy looking for a property dealer
