Children, ignore your studies because the government has come to your door.

Narayanpur. The government and its employees are so engrossed in promoting their schemes among the people that they do not even care about the education of their children. It is just the order of the government and the department, so their government, their plan is to organize camps under their gate programme. Even if the entire educational system of the school has to be disrupted during this period. This scene was seen in Devalbari Panchayat of Narayanpur block on Wednesday. In fact, a camp was organized in this Panchayat under the Sarkar Aapke Dwar programme. The camp was organized on the premises of the Dewalbari Upgraded High School itself. Due to lack of a strong structure for the camp, people had to set up stalls around the classrooms on the school premises itself. Because in the pandal that was set up, not a single drop of rainwater was stopping. To ensure that the government employees do not get wet and the orders are followed, the officers and staff lifted their stalls and came to the front of the classroom. The process of receiving applications started. The children who had come to school to study started getting wet and playing outside in the rain. According to the children, they had fun. Though there were many other places in the Panchayat to organise the camp, perhaps the Panchayat Secretary did not pay attention to it. Considering that even if the education of the children is interrupted, a camp must be organised, the Panchayat Secretary thought it appropriate to organise the programme in the school premises itself. The pandal costing thousands of dollars could not save the applicants from the rain. It rained heavily everywhere in Narayanpur block from early Wednesday morning, and continued till evening. The camp was organised in Chandadih-Lakhanpur and Devalbari Panchayat of Narayanpur block. Pandals for the camps were made at both places. Thousands of rupees were spent on this, but how can a pandal made of cloth stop the water? People had to apply too. People were applying themselves by getting wet. Some people were definitely using plastic and umbrellas to protect themselves from the rain. Small children, pregnant mothers, lactating women and the elderly were soaked by the rain. The organisers of the camps were not at all concerned that people were getting wet in the rain and their health was deteriorating. People who came to the camp said that what to do, they are applying for it out of obligation, so that they can get the benefits of the schemes. Suddenly it rained and there were no proper arrangements so we were completely soaked. However, while getting soaked in the rain, people applied for schemes like Abu Housing, Pension, Ration etc. People were saying that the scheme should be maintained in the camp, your government has knocked on our door.
