According to sources cited by the portal, Anil told Malaika and Amrita, “I am fed up and tired.” India Today sources said that “he got in touch with his two daughters shortly before his downfall” and that Malaika was on her way to an event in Pune when she received the call. What Malaika Arora said after her father’s death
The reality TV star and former VJ took to Instagram on Wednesday night to ask fans and the media for privacy during this difficult time. “We are deeply saddened to announce the passing away of our beloved father, Anil Mehta. He was a gentle soul, a devoted grandfather, a loving husband and our best friend,” her statement read.
“Our family is deeply shocked by this loss and we request that the media and supporters respect our privacy during this difficult time. We appreciate your understanding, support and respect. With gratitude, Joyce, Malaika, Amrita, Shakeel, Arhaan, Azaan, Rayyan, Casper, AXL, Duffy and Buddy,” Malaika added.
Varun Dhawan slams paparazzi for being ‘insensitive’
