Prices of the Mercedes-Benz CLE Cabriolet start at Rs 1.10 crore (ex-showroom)
Actor Shekhar Suman Recently brought home a new Mercedes-Benz CLE Cabriolet. The update of the actor’s purchase of the new convertible was shared on social media with photos of him posing with his new car. It should be noted that the prices of CLE Cabriolet The retail price starts at Rs 1.10 crore (ex-showroom) in the Indian market and is part of a pack of convertibles like the E-Class Cabriolet and the Mercedes-AMG SL Roadster in the brand’s lineup in the country.
According to the images shared on social media, Shekhar Suman received his new car with his family. He seems to have chosen the Obsidian Black colour of the car with a red soft top. Apart from black, the car is also available in High Tech Silver, Graphite Grey, Spectral Blue and Patagonia Red.

Built on the Modular Rear Architecture (MRA) platform, the CLE Cabriolet is longer than the C-Class sedan. It also borrows design elements from both the C-Class and E-Class. These features can be seen in the form of a new shark-nose grille, an elongated bonnet and other such elements.
The interior design of the CLE Cabriolet is influenced by that of the C-Class and comes with a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster along with a vertically oriented 11.9-inch infotainment screen. This car features a 2+2 seating arrangement and notably, it is the first Mercedes-Benz cabriolet to include separate head airbags for rear passengers. The convertible soft top, available in a deep red finish, has the ability to open or close at speeds of up to 60 km/h, completing the operation in just 20 seconds.
Shekhar Suman’s Mercedes-Benz CLE Cabriolet is offered with a 2.0-litre, four-cylinder turbocharged petrol engine, mated to a 48V mild hybrid system. This unit generates 254 bhp and 400 Nm of peak torque, mated to a 9-speed torque converter automatic transmission. The CLE 300 Cabriolet can accelerate from 0-100 km/h in just 6.6 seconds and has a top speed of 250 km/h.
