About Bath Priory
Situated just a short walk from the bustling centre of the Georgian city of Bath, the hotel is set in four acres of beautifully landscaped gardens and spacious terraces. Upon entering, there is an immediate sense of calm and a warm welcome. At the heart of the hotel is the restaurant, overlooking the garden, which serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Seasonal menus focus on fresh, local produce, complemented by the sommelier’s selections from the impressive wine cellar.
Each of the 33 rooms is named after a flower and decorated with subtle floral motifs. Unique features of each room include four-poster beds, claw-foot baths, balconies with garden views, fireplaces and full-wall Georgian-style murals. The pretty parasol-shaded terrace is the perfect place for morning tea, a glass of champagne or just sitting and gazing out over the gardens, where each season is a celebration of colour. The Garden Spa is run by L’Occitane, its only spa in the UK, and offers a selection of treatments as well as an indoor pool, sauna and steam room.
