Gautami Kapoor Says Raghav Juyal Has ‘No Ego’ And Reveals What Husband Ram Kapoor Told Her About Kill Actor – EXCLUSIVE

When asked, “You had quite a few scenes with Raghav. Can you tell us a little about the experience of shooting with him and how was your bond off-screen?”, Gautami said Zoom“Raghav is Raghav. You know, it’s always fun and wonderful to work with him because he’s so effortlessly himself again. He’s so easy to work with; he has no ego.”
She added, “He is also a very spontaneous actor and it was fantastic to work with him. He worked with Ram (Gautami’s husband, actor Ram Kapoor) in two projects and Ram always said that Raghav is a very good worker. So I got a chance to work with him and it was fantastic. I loved working with him, it was an absolute pleasure.”
When asked, “What is the process of changing characters like for you? For example, this character was particularly intense and sensitive. Do you take your roles home or how do you balance both?” Gautami replied, “Not at all. I have never taken my roles home, ever. And for this particular character, it was good because we were shooting in Dehradun, so I wasn’t going to go back home. That really helped because I was away from home.”
She added, “It was good and I was back to work after a long time. Leaving my kids in Mumbai was constantly on my mind and I think that reflected in my performance as well. Not that I was carrying anything on my back but in one or two of the tougher scenes, it got to me, especially the scene where I had to see my daughter’s dead body and the last scene where I face the killer. Those two scenes really drained me because I gave it my all.”
“I was very tired, but at the same time I was very happy because I knew we were doing a good job and I was working with good people. So, even though I was tired, I was very happy,” she concluded.
