Interarch Building Products aims to double its revenues in four years

Interarch Building Products expects to double its revenue over the next 3 to 3.5 years.

The Mumbai-based company offers pre-engineered and turnkey steel construction solutions.

CEO Arvind Nanda said the target is to achieve 15% revenue growth this year. 1,450-1,500 crore and a growth of 20% by 2025-26.

The company has three fully integrated plants, each capable of contributing around ₹550 crore to revenue, he said.

The company recently inaugurated a pre-engineered building manufacturing plant in Attivaram, Andhra Pradesh.

This facility, to be developed in two phases, will provide an additional 60,000 metric tons (mt) annually, increasing the company’s total installed capacity to 200,000 mt per year.

The first phase of the Andhra plant adds approximately 150-200 crore to the top line for the remainder of the current year and the completed plant will add another 550 crores.

Interarch Building currently has an order book of 1,350 crore. Nanda said the company will not be able to accept any further orders at present due to capacity constraints.

However, she is waiting for another Between Rs 300-400 crore in revenue this year. “The order is not a problem, for Interarch the commitment to execution is very important,” he said.

The current market capitalization of the company is 2,028.55 crore.
