Decoding Kareena and Karisma’s ethnic look
Anamika Khanna’s mustard silk kurta set by Kareena features multicoloured floral patterns and intricate hand embroidery work using thread and beads. The long kurta has side slits, a round neckline, long sleeves and button closures at the chest. Matching palazzo pants, earrings, a delicate bindi, an elegant bun and pink-hued makeup completed the look.
As for Karisma’s ensemble, it was a cotton anarkali kurta embellished with threadwork detailing on the sleeves and a sadabahaar print. She paired it with white palazzo pants and a matching machine-embroidered doriya dupatta. For accessories, the star picked oxidized silver jhumkis, a silver wristwatch, bangles, kadhas and a ring.
