The main course, a delight for both vegetarians and non-vegetarians, includes the traditional and delicious Rajasthani combination – ‘Dal Baati Churma’, ‘Papad Mangodi Ki Sabzi’, ‘Mewari Mutton Curry’ and ‘Ker Sangri’ (a unique preparation made with dried beans and berries), along with a variety of rich and flavourful curries, aromatic rice dishes and a variety of traditional breads.
Visitors are also served traditional Rajasthani desserts including ‘Ghewar’, ‘Jalebi with Rabdi’, ‘Rajasthani Mawa Kachori’, ‘Ajmer ka Peda’ and ‘Gulkand Kala Jamun’ to round off the sumptuous meal.

Apart from delicious food, the festival will be accompanied by bagpipe music and vibrant décor that captures the essence of Rajasthan. The royal banquet will begin on September 22.
