Vikas Vaibhav addressed

Vikas Vaibhav said in his speech that we often do not pay attention to the caste or religion of a car driver but when it comes to leadership, we are divided on the basis of caste and religion. This is harmful to the society and only a few selfish people are benefiting from it. He said that we should be careful of such people and focus on education, equality and entrepreneurship to take Bihar forward. Referring to the glorious history of Bihar, he said that the thinking of our forefathers was very broad that is why they created a united India, created the first republic like Vaishali and established many universities.

Be useful in change- Vaibhav

He further said that our ancestors were always keen on positive changes and gave importance to merit and not caste or religion. Therefore, the Nand dynasty government was able to establish itself in Magadha and Acharya Chanakya chose an able person like Chandragupta as its leader. Vikas Vaibhav said that any modern city is identified by its public transport system. The behaviour of drivers at major tourist destinations of the world impresses tourists immensely and they take back good memories. He said that to take Bihar forward, everyone will have to rise above caste and religion and promote entrepreneurship. We have to ensure that every Bihari is educated and skilled so that he can create employment opportunities for himself.
