This matter came to light when the villagers of these villages reached the office of the Deputy Commissioner of Gumla on Wednesday with their complaint. But here they have not received ration for three months. Due to the old ration card of all the card holders, Rs 300 has been taken from each of them for the purpose of making a new ration card. But they have not received the ration card yet. The villagers said that they had earlier informed BDO Raidih about their problem but have not received three months’ worth of rations or a new ration card so far. The cardholders have appealed to the Deputy Commissioner for the pending rations and new ration cards.
