CAT Admission 2024: The registration process for the Common Admission Test (CAT), 2024 will close tomorrow on 20th September 2024. So, if you have not registered yet, register now by visiting the official website iimcat.ac.in. The CAT 2024 exam will be conducted in November 2024. Please be advised that earlier the last date to apply was 13th September 2024 but later the last date has been extended to 20th September 2024. So, candidates are advised to apply now.
How to register for CAT 2024-
1. First of all you have to go to the official website. iimcat.ac.in will continue.
2. After this, you need to click on the “New Registration” link located on the home page.
3. Now you will have to register by entering your details. After this, you will have to complete the form by entering your CAT ID sent by email.
4. After this you will have to complete your educational and personal information.
5. After this you will have to scan and upload your passport-sized photograph and signature.
6. Now you need to select IIM Institute, Courses and Test City yourself.
7. Now deposit the application fee through online medium.
8. Now, after reviewing your application form, submit and download it.
Educational qualification

exam pattern
The CAT exam will consist of three sections: (1) Data Interpretation, (2) Verbal and Reading Comprehension, and (3) Quantitative Aptitude. The CAT 2024 paper will have two types of questions: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQ) and Write the Answer (TITA), with a total of 198 marks.
