MG Hector Plus: Engine
On the other hand, the MG Hector Plus features a smaller 1.5-litre turbo-petrol engine that produces 141 bhp and 250 Nm of torque. It is available with both manual and CVT automatic transmissions. Though it is low on power, the Hector Plus makes up for it with a mild hybrid system for better fuel efficiency, making it an attractive option for environmentally conscious drivers.
Hyundai Alcázar: engine
Hyundai Alcázar is equipped with a 1.5-liter turbocharged gasoline engine that generates 158 horsepower and 253 Nm of torque. This engine can be paired with either manual or automatic transmission.
Alcazar, XUV700 and MG Hector: Price
Talking about the price, the Petrol Alcazar price starts at Rs 14.99 lakh, followed by Hector Plus at Rs 18.29 lakh and XUV700 at Rs 14.49 lakh. The top-spec models of Alcazar, Hector Plus and XUV700 are priced at Rs 21.55 lakh, Rs 22.93 lakh and Rs 25.93 lakh respectively (all prices ex-showroom).
