Registration for the Rajasthan Public Service Commission (RPSC) preliminary examination for Rajasthan Administrative Services (RAS) begins today, September 19, with an online application procedure. As the procedure begins, candidates can apply for the RPSC RAS 2024 exam on the official website at rpsc.rajasthan.gov.in.
There are 733 vacancies for RPSC RAS 2024. There are 346 posts open in Rajasthan State Service while for Rajasthan Subordinate Service there are 387 vacancies.
RPSC RAS 2024: Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must have completed at least one graduation to be eligible to apply for the RAS 2024. They must be at least 21 years old on January 1, 2025 and not older than 40 years old to apply for the recruitment exam.
RPSC RAS 2024: Fees
For candidates from General (Unreserved), Most Backward, Backward Class – Non-Creamy Layer and Creamy Layer categories, the application fee for RPSC RAS 2024 is Rs 600. For candidates from Scheduled Tribe, Scheduled Caste, Backward Class – Non-Creamy Layer, Economically Weaker Section/Saharan Area), Most Backward Class – Non-Creamy Layer and Disabled category, it is Rs 400.

RPSC RAS 2024: Selection Process
The RPSC Staff Selection Commission will initially conduct a preliminary examination with objective questions of 200 marks to select the candidates. The purpose of this examination is to select the candidates and those who pass will be able to take the main examination. After the main examination, the commission will conduct a personality test and an interview.
