Baker Ayesha Nemat Khan has done just that: she’s created delicious butterscotch and no-churn ice cream Little Hearts. She even shared the detailed recipe on Instagram for everyone to try.
In the clip, combine brown sugar, butter, and heavy cream in a skillet and cook until everything melts and forms a smooth sauce. While the sauce is cooling, beat the cream until fluffy. Next, add the condensed milk and cooled caramel sauce to the whipped cream and beat again until everything is well combined. Crush some Little Hearts cookies and mix them with the ice cream base. The mixture is then poured onto a plate, topped with swirls of caramel sauce and a few more Little Hearts cookies, and placed in the freezer. Watch the full video below:
