Google Maps and Search get new AI features, Gemini Live gets support for 9 Indian languages

Google Maps gets new AI-powered features

Finally, Google announced two new AI-powered features coming to Google Maps. Firstly, the company announced that it will add two more weather-related alerts in India. The company said Maps will alert users if they are driving in an area with poor visibility or if a heavy downpour has affected the route they are about to take.

Another feature coming to Maps will allow users to get summaries of restaurant recommendations. These summaries will not only recommend places but also specific articles and experiences.
