A tragic shooting that occurred on Sunday at the central bus station in Beersheba, southern Israel, left one person dead and nine others injured. The police have classified the event as a terrorist attack, confirming that the attacker has been neutralized.
According to a report in the Jerusalem Post, the attack occurred in a busy area, causing panic among passengers and passersby. Magen David Adom (MDA) emergency services quickly arrived at the scene and provided medical assistance to the injured.
MDA reported that one individual was transported to Soroka Medical Center in moderate to serious condition, while four others were admitted with moderate injuries. Three people suffered minor injuries.
