Zomato The CEO was denied entry to the shopping center

Deepinder Goyal shared his experience on his Instagram account and said, ‘Here’ what happened during the second order I delivered. We reached Ambience Mall in Gurugram to pick up the order from Haldiram’s. They told us to take the other entrance and realized they were asking me to go upstairs. I entered through the main entrance again to make sure there are no elevators for the delivery partners. I went up the stairs to the third floor and realized that we can’t enter the mall and have to wait on the stairs to receive orders.

Goyal added, “I relaxed with my fellow delivery boys and at the same time received valuable feedback from them.” I was finally able to sneak in to pick up the order when the guard at the stairs “took a little break.”

Deepinder also shared a caption that reads, “During my second order, I realized that we need to work more closely with malls to improve working conditions for all delivery partners.” And shopping centers must also be more humane with delivery partners. What do you think?’
