Both Pro models come with Vivo’s V3+ imaging chip, previously available in the Vivo X100 Ultra. The chip supports 4K HDR cinematic portrait video recording and 10-bit recording at 60 frames per second.
The X200 Pro has a 6000 mAh battery, while the Pro Mini houses a 5800 mAh unit. Both devices support 90W wired fast charging.
All Vivo X200 variants are powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 9400 SoC, manufactured using the second-generation 3nm process. In addition to the Cortex-X925 performance core, the SoC can deliver great performance at a maximum clock speed of 3.6 GHz.
The devices run on Vivo’s new Origin OS 5, which offers AI-powered features such as Circle to Search, a visual search tool, and Origin Island, which is Vivo’s own version of the well-known Dynamic Island features.
