WATCH: Donald Trump Learns How to Make French Fries at McDonald’s, Sparks Memes Fest

Pennsylvania: Former president donald trump made an unexpected campaign stop Sunday when he donned an apron to stand behind the counter at a McDonald’s in Feasterville, Pennsylvania.

Customers were stunned to see the former president learning how to fry French fries while delivering orders at the drive-thru.

Trump, who has frequently questioned Harris’ claim to work at McDonald’s, criticized her, saying: “She made a big part of her resume about working at McDonald’s, talking about how hard it was to make the fries. “She never worked at McDonald’s.”

He was seen enthusiastically learning how to fry the restaurant’s iconic french fries, listening intently as a McDonald’s employee demonstrated the process.

“It takes skill to do it well and do it quickly,” Trump said with a smile. After completing his crash course on how to make French fries, he handed out bags of food to customers at the drive-thru.

The former president took advantage of the joyful moment to take another swipe at Harris. Joking to reporters about his time behind the counter, Trump said, “I worked 15 minutes longer than Kamala Harris. “I could do this all day.” His playful banter continued when he was asked what he would say to Harris on her upcoming 60th birthday. With a smile, he replied, “Happy birthday, Kamala! “I might even send you some flowers.”

Franchise owner Sal Giacomantonio welcomed Trump’s visit and emphasized the positive impact of small businesses on local communities. Although he stressed that the store was not a political organization, Giacomantonio said the event provided an opportunity to highlight the value of local businesses.

Trump’s busy day would continue with plans to attend the Pittsburgh Steelers game against the New York Jets later that night. When asked about his favorite dish on the McDonald’s menu, Trump responded: “I like everything… but I like the fries, which is where I’ll be working.”

As his supporters lined up outside, Trump’s fun but strategic visit showcased his continued efforts to energize his base in swing states, with food, chips and friendly jabs at his political rivals.
