There is a good opportunity for the youth of Bihar to join the Indian Army. Preparations have been started for the reinstallation of Agniveer (agniveer vacancy 2024) in Katihar. Candidates from a dozen districts will participate in this recruitment rally. A meeting in this regard was held on Thursday at the NAC Auditorium located in the Katihar Collective. Regarding the recruitment rally, on behalf of the district administration, the district DM assured that all necessary administrative support will be provided.

Recruitment rally to begin next month

The shortlisted candidates will get a chance to participate in this rally after the online Common Entrance Examination (CEE) is conducted across the country from April 22 to May 3, 2024. There will be an army recruitment rally for these candidates from November 25 at Garhwal Ground (Army Camp), Katihar, in which they will be able to participate. This demonstration will continue until December 4. Successful candidates will undergo a medical examination from November 26 to December 8.

Candidates from these 12 districts will participate…

Eligible candidates from 12 districts of East Bihar, Araria, Banka, Begusarai, Bhagalpur, Katihar, Kishanganj, Khagaria, Madhepura, Munger, Purnia, Saharsa and Supaul districts will be part of this recruitment rally. These candidates will participate in this rally as per the details provided in their admit card. Army Recruitment Office has sent the admit card for the rally to all those candidates who have been shortlisted with their registered email ID. No candidate will be able to participate without presenting the colored Rally Admission Card generated online.

We informed that after the meeting, the Katihar DM also inspected the Garhwal Ground military camp. He instructed the concerned department to immediately begin preparation work for the demonstration. He gave instructions to prepare the demonstration site well in advance and hand it over to the Army Recruitment Office.
