Active cyclone, heavy rains and thunderstorms in MP on August 11 and 12, IMD alert for rains in 7 districts

Rain: Since the onset of monsoon in Madhya Pradesh, there has been continuous torrential rain. Meanwhile, the India Meteorological Department has today issued a warning of heavy rainfall in 7 districts (Aaj Ka Mausam). With this, IMD has issued a yellow alert for rain across Madhya Pradesh.

Rain alert in 7 districts of MP (MP Weather)

According to the zonal centre of the India Meteorological Department in the capital Bhopal, there is a possibility of heavy rainfall in the state’s Satna, Rewa, Panna, Mauganj, Singrauli, Sidhi and Gwalior districts today. The IMD has issued a warning of heavy rainfall with thunderstorms and strong winds in these districts. The Meteorological Department has also forecast light rainfall in all districts of the capital, Bhopal, Jabalpur, Chambal, Indore, Ujjain and other divisions. A yellow alert has also been issued in the state in view of this.

Will the weather change again in MP? (MP rain alert)

According to meteorologists, strong activity of the system will be observed in the state from August 14. This will bring about changes in the weather and torrential rains will begin again in Madhya Pradesh.
