Rain alert in UP: The monsoon has become fully active in Uttar Pradesh. It is raining intermittently in many districts of the state. But the humidity is still persisting in the state during the day. On Monday, August 19 and Tuesday, August 20, some areas of Ayodhya, Bahraich and Gonda in eastern Uttar Pradesh received light rains and heavy rains at some places. Due to continuous torrential rains that have fallen for two days in these districts of UP, people in cities and villages are facing the problem of waterlogging. Meanwhile, the India Meteorological Department has issued a yellow alert for continuous torrential rains in the next 72 hours i.e. from today (Aaj Ka Mausam) for three days till August 22, 23 and 24.
Humidity continues in UP (UP WEATHER)
- Tuesday, August 20 Uttar Pradesh It was drizzling in many districts but the humidity remained intact.
- The India Meteorological Department has issued a warning of heavy to very heavy rainfall in eastern districts of Uttar Pradesh during the next 72 hours i.e. 22nd, 23rd and 24th.
- While in western Uttar Pradesh, the weather is expected to remain clear on August 22. The Meteorological Department has predicted heavy rainfall in some districts on August 23 and 24.
- Last Wednesday, the maximum temperature in Uttar Pradesh was recorded at 35.2 degrees Celsius, while the minimum temperature was recorded at 29 degrees Celsius. Which was quite high, so the humidity in Uttar Pradesh remained intact.

Heavy rain is forecast for the next 72 hours
from Kushinagar, Gonda, Ayodhya, Deoria, Bahraich, Balrampur, Shravasti, Gorakhpur, Basti, Sant Kabir Nagar, Siddharthnagar, Maharajganj, Lakhimpur Kheri, Sitapur, Barabanki, Bijnor, Hardoi, Moradabad, Pilibhil, Bareilly, Rampur and Shahjahanpur of Uttar Pradesh There is a possibility of heavy rain in the surrounding areas for three consecutive days until August 24.
