ADRE Grade 3 Exam: Instructions for Candidates
There will be multiple choice questions (MCQs) in each level of the exam and there will be only one correct answer per question asked, meaning candidates have to choose only one from the given options.
The number of questions for each subject/topic is indicative and the actual number of questions on the exam may vary slightly. However, the total number of questions will remain at 150.
A negative mark (1/4) will be given for each incorrect answer. For questions with a mark of 1, the negative mark for an incorrect answer will be 0.25. Similarly, for questions with a mark of 2, it will be 0.50.
Candidates are allowed to give only one answer to each question. Selecting more than one option for a question will be considered an incorrect answer and will result in negative marks.
The examinations will be conducted in the following languages: Assamese, Bengali, English, Hindi and Goa.
