What does CRACK mean?

If a recipe has the word “crack” in the title, it means the recipe has cheddar cheese, bacon, and ranch sauce among the ingredients. It all started with my Crack sauce Back in 2007, I made the sauce for a Titans football game. Everyone went crazy for it. We couldn’t stop eating it and said it was like crack. The name stuck.

According to the dictionary, the definition of crack is “of superior excellence or skill.” We think the flavor combination of cheddar, bacon, and ranch sauce fits this definition! This recipe is definitely of superior excellence!

How to make egg rolls in an air fryer

These crispy egg rolls are super easy to make and only require a few ingredients. In a small bowl, mix together the shredded chicken, cooked bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, and ranch dressing. Season with kosher salt and black pepper to taste.

To assemble the egg rolls, twist the square wrapper so it looks like a diamond with one point facing you. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center. Fold the side points over the filling, then roll it up tightly. Dip your fingers in water and brush the outer edges of the wrapper before rolling to seal the wrappers. You should get about a dozen egg rolls from your batch of filling.

Place the egg rolls in the air fryer basket in a single layer and lightly spray the tops with olive oil spray or nonstick cooking spray. Air fry for 6 minutes. Then flip the egg rolls and cook for 6 more minutes. Garnish with parsley or green onions.
