Coimbatore: Two hundred Air Force personnel from different countries participated in the event. wave energy, IndiaThe first multinational air combat exercise in history, in Isha Yoga Center in Coimbatore on August 11. Air Force personnel from India, France, Germany and Spain flew in to attend the event.

The first phase of ‘Tarag Shakti’, India’s largest multilateral air combat exercise, will be held at Sulur air base from August 6 to 14.

“Staff were introduced to simple yet powerful yogic practices, including Yoga Namaskar and Nadi Shuddhi. These practices are specifically designed to help them cope with stressful work situations with greater ease and clarity, improving their resilience and performance in high-pressure environments,” she said. Isha Foundation said in a statement.

He said that during their visit, the staff explored consecrated spaces, including a dip in the energized water bodies known as Theerthakunds (Suryakund for men and Chandrakund for women).

The troops also experienced Dhyanalinga and witnessed the Adiyogi Divya Darshanam, a 12-minute video image show projected onto Adiyogi’s face.

“It has been an incredible experience. The culture is totally different and it is enriching to visit places like this and experience something so unique. People have treated us with great respect and affection and we are very happy,” said a member of the Spanish contingent quoted by the Foundation.

A member of the German Air Force said: “I have been here three times last week and each visit offered me a different experience – from meditation to the temple, the mountains and the light show (Adiyogi Divya Darshanam).”

Meanwhile, as many as 30 countries are taking part in the ‘Tarag Shakti’ exercise, though India has invited forces from 51 countries. Russia and Israel are among the countries that will not be participating.

Indian Air Force LCA Tejas, Mirage 2000 and Rafale aircraft will participate in the exercise.
