Angelina’s faux fur stole is reminiscent of the shrugs worn by figures like Marlene Dietrich, Joan Crawford and Greta Garbo, bringing back the accessory seen in the ’30s and ’40s.
Deep scarlet lips and a gold brooch on her stole completed her look. Angelina opted for minimalism with her accessories. Jolie wore her highlighted hair swept to one side.
Earlier in the day, she wore a sleeveless, scoop-neck black dress by Saint Laurent during the photocall for “Maria.” Jolie sported a vintage Panthère de Cartier brooch that added a touch of sparkle to an all-black ensemble. She posed for the photos wearing Wayfarer sunglasses.
