Today, October 3, the Andhra Pradesh School Education Department conducts the much-awaited Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) 2024. The exam is scheduled to be conducted for 19 days and will end on October 21, to provide opportunities to candidates to become teachers in the state.

AP TET 2024: Exam Guidelines
• In the offices of district education officials, the agency has set up help centers. For any queries, candidates can contact these help centers.
• It is essential for all applicants to carry an original and legitimate photo ID to the exam centers (Aadhaar card, voter ID, driving license, etc.) along with their admit cards.
• Applicants with disabilities will receive an additional 50 minutes to take their exams.
• Electronic devices such as mobile phones, laptops, tablets, computers, etc. are prohibited inside the exam room. and calculators.
• The candidate must bring two passport size photographs and hand them over to the departmental official if the photograph is missing in the center of the hall or if it is too small.
AP TET 2024: Important dates
AP TET 2024 exams will be held on October 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 20, and 21. , was scheduled for August 5-20, but was later postponed to October 3-20 to give applicants enough time to prepare well for the exams.
The provisional answer keys will be declared from October 4 and the final answer key will be announced on October 27. The result of AP TET 2024 will be known on November 2.
AP TET 2024: Grading Pattern
To pass the exam, candidates in the open category must obtain at least 60% marks. Candidates in the BC category have a pass rate of 50%, while candidates in the SC, ST, PH and ex-servicemen categories can have a pass rate of 40%.
