The Railway Recruitment Board (RRB) recently announced that the application window for the RRB Technician Recruitment 2024 will be reopened soon. Those who have not applied for the RRB Technician Recruitment 2024 earlier will get another chance to submit their forms during the 15-day period at rrbapply.gov.in.

The announcement was made after the number of vacancies for Technicians was revised. Previously, it was 9,144, and now it has been increased to 14,298. The revised number of vacancies for vacant posts can be found at this link. notification.
The notification further mentioned that existing candidates (those who applied during the previous window) will be given an opportunity to change their RRB choice along with preference for zonal railways, workshops and PUs within the chosen RRB.
Before applying Recruitment of RRB Technicians During the reopening window, here are some things new applicants should know:
Eligibility Criteria: Eligibility criteria will differ depending on the post. Interested candidates can check their educational qualification, age limit and other details. here.
Selection Process: To select the candidates, the RRB will first conduct a computer-based test, which will be followed by rounds of document verification and medical tests. The detailed schedule and venues of these exams will be shared on the RRB websites and through SMS and email.
Application Fee: The application fee is ₹250 for SC, ST, Women, Transgenders and EWS candidates. For all other candidates, the fee is ₹500.

If you do not have an account, select the option to create an account
If you already have an account, choose the option
Now, log in and complete the application form.
Upload documents and pay the exam fee
