Bollywood actors Arjun Rampal and Bipasha Basu have expressed deep sorrow over the death of veteran journalist and film producer Nari Hira.
On Saturday, Arjun shared his grief on his Instagram account by posting a series of photographs with Hira.
The images included memories of their time together, including events and portraits of the late media mogul.
Along with the pictures, Arjun added an emotional caption that read, “Heartbroken. A legend of the publishing industry left us today. Dear Nari Hira, who revolutionised the publishing industry in India from Stardust to Society. Magna Publishing became an institution. Which was the heart of media but still managed to stay away from all the showbiz. We will miss you so much dear friend. Rest in peace. You will live on in our hearts. #RIPNariHira.”

Bipasha Basu also expressed her shock and sadness on hearing the news.
She shared a photo on her Instagram stories from an event where she was with Hira.
Her message was simple and read: “RIP #narihari Om Shanti.”
Actress-turned-politician Hema Malini also shared her condolences on social media.

Remembering Hira, the actress wrote, “I am saddened to hear of the sudden demise of media mogul Mr. Nari Hira, founder of Magna Publishing. He has been extremely kind and supportive. He always supported young talents in the film industry and always wished me well. I have appeared on many covers of Stardust magazine and even won awards at Stardust and Society Achivers Awards. He loved me dearly and always respected me. My condolences to his family, may his soul rest in peace.”
