- The government circle rate of Basti city and adjoining areas is 15,000 per square metre if the Dharamshala road is 3 to 5 metres wide.
- The circle rate of the city government and adjoining areas is 3 to 5 meters wide on Pachpedia Road, then the circle rate is Rs 23000 per square meter.
- The government circular rate on Kelly Road is 3 to 5 meters wide, then the circular rate is Rs 15,000 per square meter.
