Due to this, the provisional seat allotment result for the second round of counselling has been postponed. Apart from this, it is also said that it has been postponed due to the revised counselling schedule by MCC. Candidates of the respective caste can make corrections in the online application for admission to the medical college from September 17 to 18.
Please be advised that as per state quota in Bihar, 1,321 seats are reserved in government medical colleges, out of which 396 will be reserved for women. This time, a security deposit of Rs 10,000 will have to be deposited for enrolment in government medical colleges and a security deposit of Rs 2 lakh will have to be deposited for enrolment in private medical colleges and dental colleges. There are 1,206 seats for MBBS and 115 seats for Dental. At the same time, 150 seats have been increased in private medical colleges this time. In such a situation, there will be nominations for 1,200 seats instead of 1,050. There are a total of nine private medical colleges in the state. At the same time, 200 seats will be admitted in three dental colleges. Similarly, admission will be made in 75 seats in Veterinary College, Patna and 80 seats in Kishanganj.
