Bluemoon 9.0: Welcome gala with an Ibizan touch!

The Grand Ceremony of the Student Council 2024-25 Insignia in Bennett University kicked off an exciting night in Blue Moon 9.0 Inspired by the vibrant beach party atmosphere of Ibiza, the event transformed the campus into a lively celebration of music, dance and joy.

“Student leadership is vital to creating a vibrant and dynamic campus environment,” said Bennet University President and CEO of The Times Group.” He further shared, “Our goal is to enhance the student experience by actively considering and promptly addressing student feedback, which can be effectively facilitated through the student council, which represents the collective voice of all students.” He encouraged the newly appointed council members to create a welcoming environment on campus and promote open communication, thus making Bennett University a place of freedom and growth.

Blue Moon 9.0 Campus life has been enhanced by its dynamic energy and creative events, setting a new standard for student engagement. Each year, Bennett University’s flagship celebrationBluemoon continues to raise the bar, bringing together students, clubs and enthusiasts in an unparalleled celebration of dance, music and diverse performing arts. This event offers new students a perfect opportunity to immerse themselves in the university’s culture, explore its facilities and resources and connect with their peers and faculty.

The audience was left enthralled during the first round of the Mr and Ms Freshers 2024 pageant, which was judged by none other than Divyanshi Batra, Femina Miss India Uttar Pradesh 2024, and Fanny Gandhi, runner-up of Femina Miss India 2023 Northzone. Expressing her excitement, Divyanshi shared, “Thank you for inviting me. It’s wonderful to be back in my college and see all these talented students bringing the event to life.”

Energy levels soared as CADENCE, the rap club and a subpart of Bennett’s musical partnership, Advaita, delivered a dazzling performance that electrified the crowd. Advaita continued to woo the audience with performances from its talented musicians, filling the night with soulful tunes. Adding a touch of glamour, Panache, the trendy club, wowed the crowd with a stunning catwalk. Models showcased outfits that perfectly complemented the Ibiza-themed Bluemoon 9.0, turning the event into a dazzling celebration of creativity, talent and style.

At the end of the evening, Reyaansh Parnami and Aditi Kant were crowned Mr. Fresher and Ms. Fresher, respectively, marking a memorable moment in the celebration. The grand finale saw the stage come alive with a performance by the band Sahil Syndicate, whose rhythmic music kept the audience dancing and entertained. The combination of music, celebration and vibrant performances made Bluemoon 9.0 an unforgettable night at Bennett University.
