Bihar Public Service Commission has announced the BPSC 70th CCE exam date 2024. The official notification is available for candidates on the BPSC website at bpsc.bih.nic.in.

According to the official noticethe tentative date of 70th Integrated Combined (Preliminary) Competitive Examination is December 13, 2024.

The official notification reads: “The tentative date of 70th Integrated Combined Competitive (Preliminary) Examination is December 13, 2024. Necessary information published on the Commission website www.bpsc.bih.nic.in on 09.02.2024 on the conduct of said examination should be considered modified to this extent.”

Earlier, the exam was scheduled to be held on November 17, 2024, but it was postponed.

Around 7-8 lakh candidates will appear for the written exam this year.

Candidates who have not yet applied for the exam can apply online through the official website of BPSC bpsc.bih.nic.in and onlinebpsc.bihar.gov.in till November 4, 2024. The commission said that Existing candidates can update their OTR (One – Time Record) profile details between October 19 and November 4, except name, mother’s name, father’s name and date of birth.

To apply for this exam, general category candidates will have to pay a fee of $600. SC, ST, Permanent Resident of Bihar and Disabled category candidates are required to pay $150.

  • Visit the official website of BPSC at bpsc.bih.nic.in.
  • Click the apply online link.
  • A new page will open where candidates will have to enter the registration details.
  • Click submit and fill out the application form.
  • Make the application fee payment and click submit.
  • Download the page and keep a printed copy for future use.

Through this recruitment drive, BPSC will cover 2027 vacancies in various departments of Bihar government. Originally, the number of vacancies was 1,929, but was later increased to 1,957. The vacancies have been increased twice.
