Braj Mandal Yatra to be organised tomorrow in Nuh, Haryana

New Braj Mandal Yatra: Brajmandal Yatra will be organised tomorrow i.e. on Monday at Nalhad temple in Nuh, Haryana. In view of the Braj Mandal Yatra, strict security measures have been taken. A large number of police forces have been deployed in the area. In view of the violence in Nuh last year, the Braj Mandal Yatra has been approved this year with many conditions. There has been a ban on carrying DJ and weapons during the yatra. Apart from this, slogans and speeches have been banned at other religious places.

There will be a ban on sending mass messages
Ahead of the Braj Mandal Yatra on Monday, the Haryana government has ordered to suspend mobile internet services and SMS sending to many people in Nuh for the next 24 hours from 6 pm on Sunday. The government has taken this step as a precautionary measure. This means that the internet service will be disrupted in Nuh from 6 pm on July 21 to 22. Let us tell you that last year violence broke out in Nuh during the Braj Mandal Yatra. Many people had died in the violence. Many vehicles were also burnt. The administration is on alert regarding travel this year.

Police-administration on alert
As per the order of Haryana Additional Chief Secretary Anurag Rastogi, the internet service in Nuh will remain suspended from 6 pm on Sunday till 6 pm on Monday. The order states that there is a possibility of tension, riots, agitation, damage to public and private property and disturbance of public peace and harmony in Nuh. This order has been given to stop the spread of misinformation and rumours through social media platforms like WhatsApp, Facebook, Twitter etc. Meanwhile, Nuh police said that strict security measures have been taken to ensure smooth conduct of the yatra.

Violence broke out on July 31, 2023
On July 31 last year, two home guards were killed and at least 15 others, including several policemen, were injured while they tried to stop the Vishwa Hindu Parishad procession in Haryana’s Nuh district. The mob pelted stones and set cars ablaze. At least five people were killed and many injured in the violence. A curfew was subsequently imposed in the entire area. with language input
