Candidates applying for the post of AC Refrigeration Mechanic must have National Certificate in the trade of Refrigeration & Air Conditioning/Mechanic Refrigeration & Air Conditioning/Mechanic (Central Air Conditioning Plant, Industrial Refrigeration & Packaged Air Conditioning/Mechanic (Cold Storage, Ice Plant & Ice Candy Plant) Those who have passed the Apprenticeship Certificate Examination can apply for the post of Chipper Grinder, candidates must have completed National Apprenticeship Certificate in any trade and have minimum one year work experience as Chipper Grinder in CDM/Shipbuilding Industry. prescribed qualifications for other posts as of the notification.

age limit
The maximum age for the above posts is 38 years and the minimum age should not be less than 18 years. The age will be computed from 1st September, 2024. The maximum age limit for Master First Class Commerce is 48 years. For reserved category candidates the upper age limit will be relaxed as per rules.
salary scale
Candidates selected for Skilled-1 posts will receive between Rs 22,000 and Rs 83,180 per month, candidates selected for Semi-Skilled posts will receive between Rs 17,000 and Rs 64,360 and candidates selected for Special Grade posts will receive between Rs 13,200 and Rs 49,910.
