Local electronics brand Cellecor Gadgets has announced a strategic partnership with PG Electroplast Limited for its new range of air conditioners and refrigerators.
PG Electroplast Limited, established in 2003 as the flagship company of PG Group, is recognized as a one-stop solution for leading Indian and global brands.
Specializing in original design manufacturing (ODM), original equipment manufacturing (OEM) and plastic injection molding, PGEL serves more than 45 leading brands across diverse industries including consumer durables, consumer electronics, bathroom fixtures and automotive.
Meanwhile, the company has informed exchanges that its board of directors will meet on September 7 to consider raising funds.
“consider, evaluate and approve the proposal to raise funds through the issuance of equity shares or other equity-linked instruments, such as convertible instruments and warrants,” the company said in a filing with the stock exchange.
