ranchi: Amid talks of joining the Bharatiya Janata Party, former CM and minister Champai Soren has arrived in Delhi. While talking to reporters after leaving the Delhi airport, Champai Soren said that he had come to Delhi for personal work. On the question of joining the BJP, Champai Soren again reiterated, Right now I am fine where I am (JMM). He said that his daughter lives in Delhi and he has come to meet her. It is said that after arriving at the Champhai Soren airport, he proceeded to Jharkhand Bhawan in Delhi.

When reporters asked Champai Soren about joining the BJP after leaving the Delhi airport, he said, “Today people have been asking us questions – what will we say about it? They have said that we have come for personal work and we are where we are.” Replying to the question about meeting BJP leader Suvendu Adhikari in Kolkata, Champai Soren clearly said that he did not meet anyone there. He has come to Delhi for personal work and will tell people about it later.
