CloudKeeper, a company that offers comprehensive cloud cost optimization services, recently acquired WiseOps, a pioneering platform specialized in AWS Cost and usage optimization.
While the company did not disclose financial terms of the deal, the acquisition was completed with a combination of equity and cash.
In December last year, the company raised an undisclosed amount in a seed funding round from CORE91.VC. It claims to have a customer base of 50 clients and has achieved over $100,000 in revenue to date.
What does WiseOps do?
WiseOps is known for its AI-powered recommendations and automated optimizations, enabling teams to significantly reduce cloud spend without compromising performance or workflow efficiency.
By integrating WiseOps’ intelligent tools into CloudKeeper’s robust ecosystem, customers can now access an end-to-end cloud optimization solution that promises greater savings and workflow efficiencies.
