Cricket and wrestling trials conducted for Khelo Jharkhand

Dumka. Under the Khelo Jharkhand district competition, cricket and wrestling teams from Dumka district of different age groups were selected to participate at the state level at the stadium located at Kamardudhani in Dumka on the last day on Wednesday. A large number of players participated in the trials. In the cricket selection trials, the players demonstrated their sporting skills in the fields of batting, fast bowling and spin bowling including wicket-keeping. In the wrestling trials, players of different age groups tried to impress the selectors with their strength and wrestling skills. With this, the Khelo Jharkhand district level competition, which was being held since August 8, formally concluded. On this occasion, Area Manager, Jharkhand Education Project, Suraj Kumar Pandey thanked all the Physics teachers for successfully conducting all the games and advised the players to continue with their practice, so that while participating in the state level competition, all the players remain fit and mentally prepared. Teachers Amit Kumar, Gyan Prakash Thakur, Suman Kumar, Kumar Navneet, Mohd Ansari, Sachin Kumar and other Physics teachers played an important role in conducting the selection competition.
