CSAB 2024 Supernumerary Round Result: The Central Seat Allocation Board (CBCS) has released the CSAB Supernumerary Round Counselling result today, 20th August 2024. All the students who have applied for the CSAB Supernumerary Round Counselling process will have to check their result on the official website csab.nic.in.
The board has made merit the basis for allotting seats to students, the vacant seats are allotted on the basis of common rank of JEE Mains 2024. Students have time till 22nd August 2024 to accept the allotted seat and pay the fees. The board will also soon start the process of uploading documents. In this process, Supernumerary Seat Acceptance Fee (SSAF) will be charged from the students and online verification of disabled students will be done. All the students who will be allotted seats will have to report at the allotted institute between 24th August and 27th August. All the students who have been allotted seats will have to upload the documents given below to complete their admission.
Documents required for CSAB 2024 supernumerary round-
1. 10th class grade sheet
2. Birth Certificate
3. Class 12 Mark Sheet
4. Category Certificate (if applicable)
5. UDID or Disability Certificate
6. Certificate of competence
7. Medical certificate
General category students and General-EWS and OBC-NCL category students will be required to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 45,000. SC, ST and PwD category students will be required to pay a seat acceptance fee of Rs 2,5000.
Admission to supernumerary seats in three NITs – NIT Calicut, NIT Durgapur and SVNIT Surat is done on the basis of JEE Main rank in the CSAB Supernumerary Counselling round. This round is exclusively for candidates from the Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar, Lakshadweep, Daman and Diu and Dadra and Nagar Haveli. The CSAB-Supernumerary Round commences after the completion of the CSAB-Special Round.
