New Delhi: One person died after unknown assailants opened fire on men in the Narela On Wednesday evening, three people were injured in the Delhi area. The incident took place at Veer’s properties on Gonda Road in Narela. A PCR call of firing was received at PS Narela around 8 pm.
Following information, the police reached the spot and the injured were shifted to a hospital. Later, one person succumbed to his injuries. The deceased was identified as Manish, owner of Veer Property. Meanwhile, Praveen and Kulbeer were injured in the shootout.
Delhi in action:
The accused, Ashish, Deepak and others, are still at large. According to preliminary investigation, the victims and the accused had a heated argument over some money pending with the deceased. The accused had reportedly supplied construction material at a site and the payment was pending with Manish. After the altercation, the accused fired at the victims in his office. The offices of the accused and the deceased are across the road from each other.
The accused are being sought and their involvement in crimes and gang affiliation is being verified. The crime squad is on the spot. An FIR under relevant sections is being registered at PS Narela. Several teams have been formed to nab the accused. Further investigation is underway.
