Deputation of Law Officers for Land Survey in Madhubani, Gram Sabha organised in villages

Topographical Survey of Bihar: In Madhubani, the Revenue and Land Reform Department is carrying out the work of updating land records and measurements at a rapid pace. In this sequence, special survey work has been started in 57 villages of Bisfi block area. This work will continue till September 3. After that, the survey work will be completed through a camp at the Noorchak Panchayat Government Building complex.

Village-to-village camps were organised at Mairwa, Nahas Rupauli, Sohans and Madhupur on Monday. While survey work will be carried out at Bhojpandaul and Tisi Narasam on August 20, at Parsauni and Chahuta on August 21 and at Simri Raghepura on August 22. Many public representatives including headman, Panchayat Samiti member and ward member will participate in the camp. CO Nilesh Kumar said that special inspection officer Atif Rehman and Roshan Kumar Paswan Kanungo have been posted in all 57 revenue villages of the block area.

Gram Sabha started in the villages

Gram Sabha also started in the revenue villages of Ghoghardiha block area. On Monday, Kanungo Satish Kumar and special surveyor Amin Prabhat Kumar organised gram sabhas at Belmohan, Brahmapur and Bathnaha. At the beginning of the Gram Sabha, Kanungo Satish Kumar read out the letter issued by the Madhubani Settlement Officer in front of the villagers. In which the villagers have been asked to cooperate with the staff for conducting a special survey of the land. Kanungo gave detailed information to the people about the survey.

The raiyats also have important responsibilities

It was informed that the ryots also have a major responsibility in the special survey work. Demarcate your land, determine the boundaries and obtain information about the boundary holders. Cooperate with the survey staff in all tasks including genealogical verification. Update the land ownership documents and fill the self-declaration form Form-2 issued by the Directorate and submit it to the Special Survey Collector of your Mauza. Fill the details of your land including account, khesra, area, boundary and upload it on the website along with your Aadhar card and mobile number and submit a copy to Amin.

Upload these documents to the website.

Raiyat Self-Declaration Form-2 along with details of Jamabandi registration, Malgujari receipt, LPC etc. Attach proof of acquisition of interest in the holding or part thereof (will, gift letter, deed, khatian, partition documents etc.). Genealogy Form-3(1) should be filled in two pages and uploaded on the website along with attachments.
