DU Admissions 2024: Delhi University CSAS Vacant Seats After Round 1 Released Today on du.ac.in, How to Check

University of Delhi The Common Seat Allocation System, CSAS vacant seats after round 1 are scheduled to be released today, August 22, 2024. As per the schedule, the authority will release the first round of DU vacant seat list today. Candidates who have registered for DU undergraduate admissions 2024 can download the vacancy list from the official website: admission.uod.ac.in.
The vacancy list covers the number of open seats in the colleges affiliated to DU. Students participating in the counselling procedure can get the DU vacancy list 2024 in PDF format at 5:00 pm admission.uod.ac.in.

Candidates should note that if they are allotted a seat through the mid-term admission window, they cannot apply for a seat upgrade. Students should be aware that mid-term admission is not applicable to ECA, Sports Supernumerary Quota, Performance-based programmes i.e. BA(H) in Music, B.Sc. (PE, HE&S) and Practice-based programmes i.e. BFA.

Delhi University has released the first seat allotment results for the YOU CSAS admission on 16th August 2024. After the release of the list, the selected students will have to accept the seat allotted to them by 18th August 2024 by paying the fee. Over 65,000 students confirmed admission in DU’s first round of registration

A total of 65,290 students have confirmed their registration in the first round of DU undergraduate admissions and around 19,000 more have accepted the allotted college-course combination offered by the university since Tuesday, according to an official statement. Delhi University (DU) has extended its deadline for online payment of fees to secure admission in the first round of undergraduate admissions till midnight on Wednesday. Earlier, the last date was set at 4.59 pm on the same day.

PTI reports that the University offered admission to 97,387 students in the first round for its 71,600 undergraduate seats. A total of 83,678 students accepted the faculty-course combination allotted by the university through its Common Seat Allocation System (CSAS) portal.
