Delhi University is scheduled to start the online application process for the first round of admissions today, September 18. Applications for DU UG spot admissions can be submitted on the CSAS portal, admission.uod.ac.in.

In the admissions notice, the university stated that the list of vacant seats will be displayed at 10:00 am on 18 September and thereafter, candidates will be able to apply through their dashboards. The application window for this round will close at 11:59 pm on 19 September.
The university will announce the results of the allocation of places for the first round of spot admissions at 3:00 p.m. on 21 September. Candidates who obtain a place in this round must accept their place before 11:59 p.m. on 22 September.
Universities will review and approve applications by 4:59 pm on September 23.
The deadline for payment of the fee is September 24 (4:59 p.m.).
It is mandatory for candidates to get admission in the seat allotted in the 1st round of admission. If the seat is not accepted in the spot admission round, the candidate will lose the eligibility for admission and will be excluded from the admission process.
There is no option to remove or upgrade assigned seats during spot admissions.
The university said only those candidates who had previously applied for CSAS UG but were not admitted by 5 pm on September 17 can apply for spot admissions in the first round.
To be considered for spot admission, the candidate must opt for “Spot Admission” after logging into his/her dashboard. The candidate can select only those combinations of programmes and universities for which there are vacant seats.
