Co-creator and director of the finale of ‘Evil’ Roberto King has revealed key details about potential upcoming seasons of ‘Evil.’ When asked if there could be more installments of ‘Evil,’ King told Deadline that there could be “two more seasons” of the series.

Veteran media executive Edgar Bronfman Jr. has sweetened his offer to acquire Paramount Global, offering $6 billion for its controlling shareholder, National Amusements, and a minority stake in Paramount.
Bronfman’s original offer was $4.3 billion, according to Reuters sources. The competing bid for Paramount Pictures, the CBS television network and cable networks such as MTV threatens to undo a planned takeover by technology heir David Ellison and his Skydance Media firm. Paramount and Skydance Media signed a merger agreement in early July. The agreement included a 45-day period to “evaluate” other offers. A special committee of the board of directors has extended the Wednesday deadline to Sept. 5 for Bronfman’s consortium.
