In such a situation, one should follow such a diet during fasting, which detoxifies the body. When the body is detoxified, it will also help in weight management. Start the day after puja at 7:00 am and drink warm lemon water mixed with a pinch of cinnamon and honey.

Have breakfast at 9:00 am. To do this, eat fruit salad with papaya, pomegranate and apple mixed with soaked chia seeds.

Drink coconut water with 8 almonds and 1 walnut around 11:00 am

Have lunch around 1:00 pm. For this, prepare Samak rice khichdi with vegetables and take 50 grams of paneer and a bowl of cucumber raita.

Have breakfast in the afternoon at 4:00 pm For this, have 1 cup of green tea with roasted makhana.

Dinner at 7:00. For this you can eat sweet potato chaat. To do this, add boiled sweet potato, lemon and rock salt, mix well and then eat.

If you don’t have sweet potatoes, you can drink a bowl of mixed vegetable soup. Add the vegetables you eat during fasting to the soup.

Drink a glass of warm turmeric milk before sleeping at 9:00 pm
