Femina Miss India Diamond Jubilee Edition Reveals State Winners

After a rigorous nationwide search lasting five months, the 60th edition of Female Miss Indiaco-powered by Tops and Rajnigandha Pearls, has reached a crucial milestone with the announcement of its state winners. 30 talented individuals will now compete for the coveted award. Femina Miss India 2024 crown, and the final winner will represent India in the Miss World pomp.

Celebrating six decades of women empowerment, Femina Miss India has been a launching pad for numerous icons of the entertainment industry. This year’s Diamond Jubilee edition promises to be a grand spectacle that will honour the pageant’s legacy while embracing the evolving spirit of Indian womanhood.

Over a period of five months, the contestants underwent a series of online assessments, regional auditions in five cities across each zone of the country namely North (Delhi-NCR), East (Kolkata), North East (Guwahati), South (Bengaluru), West (Mumbai) and a final mega audition in Mumbai, with the top 5 finalists from each state being selected. A prestigious panel of judges judged the contestants on the basis of their beauty, intelligence, communication skills and overall personality. 30 contestants, each representing a state of India (29 including Delhi) and a common representative from the Union Territories (1), will now compete in the grand finale event.

The 30 state winners, representing the diversity of India’s beauty and talent, will now embark on a rigorous boot camp. This intensive training period will include a variety of activities, including training programmes, digital content creation, promotional visits, caption contests, personal interview rounds and an awards ceremony. The journey will culminate with the grand finale coronation night, where the next Miss India Femina will be crowned.
